Artist’s Statement:
This improvisational collage is part of a series I’m producing. Inspiration for this collage work comes from children’s wooden blocks and mid-century graphic art. The limited palette allows focus on line and shape, while floating the collage on a black background enables imaginative interpretation of the shapes. What do you see?
